We can do initial site surveys right through to lodging consent applications, and also contact local councils on your behalf. We are experienced in assessing and interpreting local district plans and the Resource Management Act.
It usually takes the council 4-6 weeks to go through consents and approve them, this is only if your land consents meet their legal regulations.
After all the consents are approved then the exciting part begins, construction starts! After the completion of your subdivided land new titles need to be created for the sections, we can help you with this as well.
